3. Undeliverable Parcels / 無法投遞的包裹
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect/incomplete address, refusal of delivery, or failure to collect the parcel from the local courier, the customer will be required to pay reasonable additional shipping costs before we can resend the parcel.
